Originally from Brittany, France, Eric has been in the UK for over 13 years. During that time he spent five years working with the Roux brothers before starting his own company – Laboratoire 2000 – in 1995.
Together with his team of 4 patissiers, Laboratoire supply fresh patisserie daily to Fortnum and Mason.
In 2000 Eric started “Savoir Design” to inject new blood into the wedding and celebratory cake business. During the last five years Savoir have been commissioned to do some amazing creations for both weddings and fabulous parties. Savoir’s client list reads like a ‘who’s who’ with names from the world of showbiz, modeling and Royalty…
Eric is now a regular contributor to programs on the UK Food channel, and has appeared on both the BBC and ITV.
